The Association of National Advertisers Inc. announced Thursday that Robert D. Liodice has been formally named president and chief executive officer. Liodice was named acting president and CEO in
January. "Bob brings a wealth of leadership, managerial, financial and marketing skills to the assignment and is the right person to take the ANA and marketers into the future. Importantly, he brings
a fresh perspective to the table through his close interaction with ANA members," said James D. Speros, Chief Marketing Officer, U.S., Ernst & Young LLP, ANA Chairman of the Board. Liodice joined the
ANA in 1995 and initially oversaw finance and administration. He later assumed additional responsibility for member relations and business development. While serving in this role, Liodice helped bring
more than 200 new members to the ANA as well as new initiatives, such as the ANA Region Meetings and Senior Marketer Roundtables. Previously, Liodice was vice president of global Marketing and sales
for Grupo Televisa, a major worldwide broadcaster. His prior experience includes more than fifteen years in marketing and financial management at Kraft General Foods, including having served as
category marketing manager for the Jell-O and Bakers brands.
