Atlanta-based Roark Capital Group has acquired Corner Bakery's parent company, Il Fornaio America Corp., and would buy 80% of Arby's in a deal valued at $430 million. The acquisition follows last
month's purchase of California Pizza Kitchen by Golden Gate Capital for $470 million, and last year's purchase of Burger King by 3G Capital for $3.26 billion.
