Apple Sued Over iCloud. Are Any Words With "i" In Front Of Them NOT Taken?

Apple has been sued by Phoenix-based iCloud Communications for its use of iCloud for its consumer file storage service for music, photos, video, emails and other data. The suit was filed last week in Arizona U.S. District Court. The complainant is a six-year-old Internet phone and cloud services company.

"Due to the worldwide media coverage given to and generated by Apple's announcement of its 'iCloud' services and the ensuing saturation advertising campaign pursued by Apple, the media and the general public have quickly come to associate the mark 'iCloud' with Apple, rather than iCloud Communications," said the firm.
