First you saw the TV show. Now the stars of Alias are going to be on the video game.
Acclaim Entertainment Inc. announced Monday it had signed an agreement with the cast of ABC's Alias to lend
their voices to the series-based video game that will launch this fall on PlayStation 2, Xbox and PC. The cast members - Jennifer Garner, Michael Vartan, Victor Garber, Ron Rifkin, Carl Lumbly, Kevin
Weisman and David Anders - have joined the show's producer, J.J. Abrams, and the writing, who have been collaborating with Buena Vista Interactive and Acclaim's Cheltenham studio on the development of
the video game.
"As technology continues to evolve, it allows us to create content that is on part with feature films and television," said Rod Cousens, global president/COO for Acclaim. Alias is
a third-person action adventure game that allows players to step into the role of the series' lead character, Sydney Bristow, an agent for the CIA.
