Sears Ads in Wrigley Field

  • April 6, 2003
The Chicago Tribune reported on Saturday that Sears Roebuck & Co. will advertise in a prominent spot in the Chicago Cubs' Wrigley Field, the first significant in-field advertising at the historic baseball stadium since the mid-1980s. The signs will display league scores, pitch speeds and the like when the park reopens for the season on Monday.
