Magazine executives at MPA's 2011 American Magazine Conference were roundly scolded for their lackluster use of social media by Scott Galloway, NYU professor of marketing.

is managing capital allocation correctly in relation to Facebook," he noted.
In a further clash of swords, he also said, "The reason you're having trouble making money is because you're not
relevant-profits are an indicator of relevance." Ouch!
