Wheel of Fortune, Harrah's in Cross-Promotion Deal

Wheel of Fortune and Harrah’s Entertainment Inc. have inked a cross-promotional deal surrounding the syndicated TV show’s $100,000 bonus round. Between March 3 and July 18, Harrah’s will sponsor the round and 10-second promotional spots during the show will encourage viewers older than 21 to log onto www.wheeloffortune.com to register for a $100,000 online sweepstakes. Harrah’s will sponsor two drawings for the online sweepstakes in which three finalists from each drawing will win a trip to Las Vegas and be eligible for a $100,000 online sweepstakes. Wheel of Fortune’s promotional vehicle, the Wheelmobile, visits Harrah’s casinos in Chicago, Atlantic City, New Orleans, Council Bluffs/Omaha, Neb., St. Louis and Las Vegas. Guests will be randomly chosen to solve word puzzles on stage at the casino and will be considered for a future appearance on the show.
