Rating; X Factor Sings) comparisons were made concerning the increase of viewers in Nielsen's commercial ratings (C3) measure by David Scardino, entertainment specialist at Santa Monica,
Calif.-based media agency RPA.
The five weeks of C3 viewers should have been referenced to the tracking to Nielsen's Cross Platform reports -- not to Nielsen's live program-plus-same-day
metrics.
