Briefing Schedule Set For Net Neutrality

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. circuit has set a briefing schedule for Verizon and MetroPCS' challenge of the FCC's network neutrality rules, reports B&C. It means a decision won't come until mid-2013. Initial briefs are due July 23, with final briefs due Nov. 21. The court also agreed to let MetroPCS and Free Press file a separate reply brief.
