Online ad server MediaMind this morning announced an agreement with Omnicom making it a “global technology partner” of Omnicom Media Group. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but
MediaMind said “OMG clients will use the MediaMind platform to manage and deliver online ads in North America, EMEA, Latin America and Asia-Pacific,” and that OMG’s Annalect unit and
trading desk Accuen will integrate MediaMind and other resources of parent DG into OMG’s technology stack.
