Several online advertising companies are planning to release Q3 results in the upcoming weeks. Modem Media will release its third quarter 2003 results on Thursday, October 30, 2003 after the day's close of the stock market. Following the release, Marc Particelli, Chief Executive Officer, and Frank Connolly, Chief Financial Officer, will host a conference call at 5:00 p.m. Eastern time, which will be simulcast on Modem Media's Web site, www.modemmedia.com. By accessing Modem Media's Web site, users can listen to the live call, or replay it following the completion of the call.

ValueClick, Inc. will announce its third quarter 2003 financial results on Tuesday, October 28, 2003. At 4:00 p.m. ET, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman James Zarley and Chief Financial Officer Sam Paisley will host a conference call and Webcast to discuss the Company's third quarter 2003 results.
