The U.S. Olympic Committee will work with GSD&M Advertising in Austin, Texas, to create a branding platform to promote the 2004 U.S. Olympic Team. the USOC has asked GSD&M to develop creative
strategy and brand communications, including print and television public service campaigns. The heart of the assignment is to "rally the American public's enthusiasm for U.S. Olympic hopefuls in
their journey to make the 2004 U.S. Olympic Team," said USOC Chief of Entertainment Properties/Brand Marketing Keith Allo. This is the second partnership between GSM&M and USOC. In 1999, the agency
developed a national branding campaign leading up to the Olympic Games in Sydney.
