ComScore Networks today said that it acquired Q2 Brand Intelligence, a provider of custom survey research and consulting services. Q2 will be integrated into comScore's survey research division, and
the combined business unit will operate as a division of comScore Networks under the name comScoreQ2. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed. Effective immediately, Larry Denaro, founder and
chief executive officer of Q2 Brand Intelligence, will assume the position of president, comScoreQ2. All Q2 executives and research professionals will join the comScore team, and comScore will
continue to operate Q2's offices in Seattle and Boston. Magid Abraham, president and CEO of comScore Networks, said the acquisition will allow the company to address clients' issues that combine the
online and offline channels. "Clients have problems that cannot be resolved with behavioral data alone," he said.
