Massive Inc., the first video game advertising network, has appointed Katherine Hays as the chief operating officer. Hays, the former equity research analyst for Goldman Sachs, has acted as the
interim CFO and vice president of operations since July of 2003. The network will be launched in October and hopes to reach more than 20 million of American males between the ages of 18 and 34.
