Report: Viacom Faces Record Fine Over Jackson Breast Incident

The Federal Communications Commission is set to fine Viacom's CBS unit a record $550,000 for broadcasting the segment of the Super Bowl halftime show in which performer Janet Jackson's breast was exposed during a dance routine, the Washington Post reported Saturday. The fine represents the maximum $27,500 fine for each of the 20 TV stations owned by CBS.
