Facebook's Sandberg Sucked Into Antitrust Case

Neither Facebook nor its star COO, Sheryl Sandberg, are defendants in an ongoing lawsuit alleging that seven technology companies broke antitrust laws by agreeing to not recruit from each other.
Yet, as Bloomberg reports, U.S. District Judge Lucy H. Koh now wants Sandberg to answer some questions regarding the case. Lawyers for the plaintiffs say they are merely gathering facts, but that
Sandberg and Facebook failed to respond to an earlier subpoena.
