NBA’s largest mobile basketball playground, NBA Nation presented by Sprint, will tip off its eighth summertime tour on Saturday, May 25, at the San Francisco Carnaval.  NBA Legend Darryl Dawkins will serve as the official tour ambassador for the fourth consecutive year, traveling to each tour stop greeting fans, signing autographs and serving as a special judge for select competitions.

NBA Nation is the NBA's touring experiential venue, a 20,000 square feet layout with full and half courts,  interactive basketball activities, and an area where you can meet NBA players and legends. 

The NBA says more than 1 million fans will visit. The "NBA Nation presented by Sprint" grass roots road show hits San Francisco, Los Angeles, Charlotte, Chicago, Washington D.C., East Rutherford, Philadelphia, and Dallas.  Dribble to Stop Diabetes and Sprite are associate partners of NBA Nation presented by Sprint. 

Among elements: Sprint Unlimited NBA Experience; Sprite’s Slam Dunk Showdown; Dribble to Stop Diabetes; Center Court with contests and clinics with NBA and WNBA Players and Legends, as well as special appearances and performances by NBA Team mascots and dance teams.
