The Washington Post named Kevin Gentzel chief revenue officer effective June 10, 2013. Gentzel will report to Steve Hills, president of The Washington Post, and will lead the print and digital advertising teams, the growing conferences business and targeted products, which include Capital Business, Capital Insight, Express, El Tiempo Latino, WP Magazine, and all special sections. Gentzel is currently the CRO of News Distribution Network (NDN), based in New York. NDN provides video wire services to an array of media companies including the Los Angeles Times, The New York Daily News, The Denver Post, and U.S. News & World Report, among others. Previously, Gentzel was the CRO of Forbes Media.
