Fast-growing online ad network developer Fastclick.com Monday said it raised $75 million in venture capital funding, which it would use to "expand our capabilities into new areas of growth." Investors
included Highland Capital Partners and Oak Investment Partners, as well as, Steamboat Ventures, the venture capital arm of The Walt Disney Co.
