Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia is said to be naming former ABC Entertainment President Susan Lyne as its new chief executive, replacing Sharon Patrick, according to a report published on
New
York magazine's Web site on Thursday. Lyne had been appointed to Omnimedia's board earlier in the year after being ousted at ABC as part of a shakeup of the company's management. Patrick took over
as CEO in June 2003, after Martha Stewart was indicted for her role in a stock trading scandal. It is not clear at this time whether Patrick is leaving the company entirely.
