Universal Study: Readers Stick With Martha Stewart Living, And It's Advertisers

Readers of Martha Stewart Living are by and large unaffected by founder Martha Stewart's recent conviction and will continue to read the magazine as they currently do, finds a new consumer research study released Friday by Universal McCann. The study, the third of its kind since November 2002, found that while the verdict would affect how some readers think about the magazine's advertisers, the majority said it would have no impact at all. A quarter of the magazine's readers said they would actually have a more positive opinion about the companies that support the magazine.
