OPA: Content Ruled In 2004

The Online Publishers Association year-in-review, out yesterday, identifies four key developments that shaped the online content business in 2004: The Internet is now the most popular medium for accessing content. Content is now more popular than communications online. Broadband is now the driver of content usage par excellence, which has led marketers to embrace rich media and video ads. And, lastly, online advertising has now gained mainstream momentum, with the mainstream budgets to boot.
