Marcus Kemp is leaving his post as the worldwide creative director on Intel and a managing director at Havas' Euro RSCG to sign on with BBDO Atlanta as vice chairman and chief creative officer. In
this newly created role, Kemp, 52, will be leading creative development on all of BBDO Atlanta's accounts. He will also be at the center of business development. For the past three years, Kemp
has been responsible for worldwide creative development on Intel including work for Europe, Asia, Latin America, and the United States. Most notably, he spearheaded the campaign that launched the
Centrino processor for wireless laptops, the most successful product launch in Intel's history. He has also served as creative director on Hallmark, Volvo, Polaroid, and has worked on the agency's MCI
account. Kemp began his advertising career in the Chicago office of NW Ayer. He followed that with stints at Ammirati & Puris - working on BMW - and at Hal Riney & Partners.
