MSN plans today to announce the beta availability of "MSN Spaces," a new blogging tool. The free service is a new offering from MSN that allows members to create personal "spaces" sites where they can
"express themselves" via blog, photos, and music play-lists. Advertising possibilities are still being explored, but will initially include four text links to test house ads.
