Viacom has completed its purchase of SportsLine.com, which will now become a division of CBS Sports.
The deal, which was first announced in August, was approved by shareholders of SportsLine.com,
and public shareholders will be entitled to receive $1.75 per share in cash, a Viacom representative said. The company will operate as a division of CBS Sports, reporting to Sean McManus, the
