Marketing services provider DoubleClick Inc. Monday launched ChannelView 2.0, an upgrade to its existing analytics tool. The upgrade allows marketers to track up to six sales channels, analyzing
whether campaigns are driving ustomers to purchase through Web sites, call centers, or retail stores. ChannelView 2.0 breaks out sales between retail and outlet stores, catalog quick shop, and gift
registries. It also tracks sales for e-mail marketing, paid search, and affiliate marketing campaigns.
