The CEO of the Big Apple-based Modell’s chain has been sued by rival Dick’s Sporting Goods, which says he impersonated a Dick’s executive
this month in order to spy on a Dick's store in Princeton, N.J. He claimed to be a Dick’s SVP as he persuaded employees to give him access to the backroom of the store and grilled them about the
business, the suit alleges.
