TONY VINCIQUERRA, President of Fox Television Network, is taking the additional title CEO of the Fox Networks Group, overseeing the Fox Cable Networks Group and the broadcasting group that had
been under his wing. He assumes the functions of
Jeff Shell, who is now Co-President and COO of many-troubled Gemstar-TV Guide International.
