Vermont-based agency, KSV, hired Patrick McHugh as executive creative director and Rob Niccolai as client group director. Throughout his 20-year career, McHugh worked at Leo Burnett, Y&R and
Goodby, Silverstein & Partners. He joins KSV from Razorfish, where he led a team in the conception and development of the #UseMeLeaveMe tweeting bikes at SXSW Interactive. McHugh will oversee all
creative work, including National Grid, Mass Save, State Street Corporation, State Street Global Advisors and Nellie's Cage Free Eggs. Niccolai's experience is in branding and strategic development
across the energy efficiency and sustainability industries. He previously led account teams at the Shelton Group, Osborn & Barr, and UPBrand, helping guide companies in changing consumers'
behavior and drawing awareness around to the importance of energy efficiency and sustainability. Niccolai will oversee the strategic work for KSV and its clients, and day-to-day management of the
client group.
