MasterCard International, a Major League Baseball sponsor since 1997, has launched the "MasterCard Presents Major League Baseball Memorable Moments" program for the 2002 season. The program gives fans
the opportunity to vote on baseball's "most memorable moment" via in-stadium balloting and on MLB.com, the official website of Major League Baseball. The brand will support the effort with an
integrated marketing campaign designed to give fans a "memorable moment" of their own. Consumers using their MasterCard card from July 9th through September 20th, 2002, will automatically be entered
to win a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to participate in the "Memorable Moments" celebration at the 2002 World Series. MasterCard member financial institutions will participate in the "Memorable
Moments" program with a selection of customized statement inserts, in-branch merchandising kits, premiums and co-branded websites. MasterCard merchants will support the program via
balloting/sweepstakes POS materials, and licensed merchandise sales. "Priceless" TV ads will launch at the Major League Baseball All-Star Game on July 9th. "Priceless" print ads launching in July
