Pay television operator Sky Network Television Ltd. has appointed
JASON HOLLINGWORTH as its new chief financial officer, succeeding
Paul Smart, who is stepping down, the company said in
a statement Wednesday. Hollingworth, who will begin on Monday, has been chief financial officer for Telstra Saturn, a unit of Australia 's Telstra Corp., over the past year and a half. Hollingworth
also has experience as a financial and investment adviser for Ngai Tahu Holdings and as a corporate adviser in investment banking with Southpac Corp.
