Hearst Interactive Media has poached
MICHAEL DUNN away from Encoda Systems to serve as a vice president. In his new job, Dunn will support and lead tech-driven initiatives, as well as identify
new investment opportunities. Prior to his tenure as Encoda's chief technology officer and executive vice president, Dunn was corporate chief technology officer at Time Warner and the lead
technologist of TW Digital Media's Investment Fund. He sits on the advisory boards of the Internet Capital Group and Advisen, and was one of the founding members of InfoWorld's CTO Advisory Council.
