JIM HARRINGTON: O'Leary and Partners

O'Leary and Partners, an advertising and public relations agency, announced the addition of JIM HARRINGTON as President. Harrington was most recently President of Foote, Cone & Belding's Southern California office. Harrington brings over 20 years of global advertising experience to O'Leary and Partners, having managed the communications programs for a broad range of companies, including Procter & Gamble, Bristol Myers Squibb, Nabisco, Hilton Hotels, TaylorMade-adidas and The New York Times. He moved from New York to Southern California in 1998 as General Manager of Bozell Worldwide where he was partnered with Scott Montgomery, currently Executive Creative Director at O'Leary and Partners. Together, Harrington and Montgomery significantly grew the office, adding more than $100 million in new business. Harrington had been slated to return to his native New York in a global position with Foote, Cone & Belding Worldwide, but instead decided to remain in Southern California and be reunited with Montgomery in a growing agency.
