Initiative Media has hired two executives, MICHAEL DI CLEMENTE (left) and ANDREA MCATEER (right), for their New York office. As Executive Vice President, Group Account Directors in the client service department, Di Clemente and McAteer will oversee account management for a number of key Initiative clients, including Bayer, Nestle Purina, Pennzoil-Quaker State and Victoria's Secret. Prior to joining Initiative, Di Clemente served as vice president, associate media director for RJ Palmer. Prior to joining Initiative, McAteer served for three years as managing partner, account director at Mediaedge:cia. Additionally, the agency has promoted research executive JOHN MOSSAWIR to Senior Vice President, Director of Strategic Development from Vice President, Associate Director.
