JUDY CULLEN Broadcast Group Manager in the firm's West Coast Buying operation. Cullen comes to Horizon from Palisades Media where she was most recently a
broadcast media buyer. Cullen's duties included buying the New York, Memphis, Miami and Seattle markets for clients Miramax Films, Fox Searchlight, Paramount Classics and others. Horizon also hired
TODD GLICK as a planning supervisor, overseeing the media planning for the agency's $50 million Earthlink account. Glick joins from Lowe, formerly Bozell New York, where he was most recently a
media supervisor on the John Frieda account, responsible for developing national plans for the Hair Care Division of the Andrew Jergens Company.
