ANTHONY FLACK has been named regional director of affiliate sales for
TV One, the new cable television network targeting adult African-American and urban viewers scheduled to launch in
January 2004. Flack comes to TV One from Atlantic States Bank in Atlanta, where he was a community mortgage banker. Before that, he was director of sales for Project Homestead, Inc., where he managed
the sales staff and oversaw marketing and advertising for the non-profit residential developer.
