YouTube has been talking about it since last year and now has launched a feature that lets you watch videos offline. But it's for Android only. Oh, and you have to be in India,
Indonesia or the Philippines. The company said it chose the countries (instead of the U.S.) because "Asia has proven itself to be a mobile-first world in terms of smartphone adoption, but access to
high-speed, affordable data remains a big challenge."
