REVOLVING DOOR: MRM//McCann Makes Exec Changes In Detroit Office

Jill Cooley, most recently executive vice president, managing director of MRM//McCann Detroit was promoted to the global position of executive vice president, worldwide account director. In addition, Tamy Harms was named president of MRM//McCann Detroit. Cooley will work with Bill Kolb, chairman of MRM//McCann, and lead the General Motors account. She will also drive collaboration and integration with Commonwealth//McCann on the global Chevrolet business. Cooley has been managing director of MRM//McCann's Detroit office since 2012. During that time, she led communications campaigns for numerous General Motors brand campaign launches. Harms joins the agency from WPP's POSSIBLE in Cincinnati where she served as president. While there, she worked on clients such as Procter & Gamble, ConAgra Foods, J.M. Smucker and Build-A-Bear. Prior to POSSIBLE, Harms held senior executive positions at Digitas where she led the Detroit office and worked on Buick, GMC and GM.
