A Nike executive says that, yes, there will be a Marty McFly "Back to the Future" shoe, which has Power Laces. It will be on shelves this year. Enthusiasts of the movie will note
that in "Back to the Future II," 2015 is the year in which the shoe appears. Nike has been teasing the release since 2011. That year, Nike auctioned off 1,500 pairs of the shoes with net proceeds
going to the Michael J. Fox Foundation.
