JERRY BEILINSON has been named to the newly created position of deputy editor of
Popular Mechanics magazine. Beilinson was formerly a senior editor at
National Geographic
Adventure since 2000. His position marks a return to
Popular Mechanics, where he was copy chief from 1998 to 2000, as well as an occasional contributor.
