DAVID BELL, Vice Chairman of Interpublic Group of Cos., has relinquished his responsibilities. Bell will take on a new role within Interpublic's Advanced Marketing Services group. Interpublic
has two other operating divisions, McCann-Erickson WorldGroup and FCB Group.
