DAVID BELL & JOHN DOONER: Interpublic Group

Interpublic Group vice chairman DAVID BELL was named chairman and CEO, replacing JOHN DOONER, who will resume his role as worldwide CEO of McCann-Erickson WorldGroup, a role he held prior to moving to IPG in January 2001.
