Programmatic video ad platform AnyClip Media on Tuesday announced the appointment of Robert Quicksilver as chief content officer.

Quicksilver was previously EVP and chief administrative officer at Charter Communications, where he oversaw several divisions including sales, per a release. He has also held roles at FOX and TidalTV and has served as a content strategy consultant for Yahoo.
