Jewelry Store Owner Seeks To Unmask Yelp Reviewer

Pelz is now seeking to learn the user's full name in order to sue her for defamation. The watchdog Public Citizen, which is representing Yelp, argues that consumers have the right to post anonymous complaints about businesses.
