If presidential hopeful Jeb Bush wins the White House, one of his first orders of business will be nixing the new net neutrality rules. "The Federal Communications Commission’s Net Neutrality
rule classifies all Internet Service Providers (ISPs) as 'public utilities,' subjecting them to antiquated 'common carrier' regulation," his Web site states in a post about a "regulatory crisis in
Washington."
