McDonald’s is changing the name of its customized burger program as the company continues expansion of the test. The Oak Brook, Ill.-based chain is shifting the name
“TasteCrafted” to “Chef Crafted” in certain regions where the build-your-own burger program is available. The Chef Crafted test is in about 200 restaurants, with more to come
later this year. Menu flavors are also being tweaked: the hot jalapeno and deluxe toppings will be replaced by maple-bacon Dijon and buffalo bacon.
