Why Mobile Operating Systems Are Not Neutral

Amid mobile’s rise, blogger and Andreessen Horowitz partner Benedict Evans is starting to get a little nervous about the implications of Apple’s iOS and Google’s Adroid succeeding the “neutral Web browser” as the primary platform for Internet services. “On mobile … it’s the operating system itself that's the internet services platform, far more than the browser, and the platform is not neutral.”
