RPA hired David Measer as senior vice president, group strategic planning director. He most recently served as group director, planning, cultural and business insights at Crispin Porter + Bogusky.
Measer will report to David Berne, senior vice president, director of strategic planning at RPA, and direct planning for Farmers Insurance and Apartments.com. Measer has been behind the launch of MINI
in the United States, Apple's iPod "Silhouettes" campaign and Kia Soul's "Hamsters" campaigns, among others. "The rapid change in today's world brings new opportunities for us to create competitive
