PETER MEDWID has joined
PEOPLE magazine as associate publisher/sales. Medwid will manage all advertising sales activities for the magazine. He comes to
PEOPLE from
Cosmopolitan magazine where he was associate publisher. Also,
ELLIE DUQUE, current Los Angeles sales manager for the weekly, was promoted to Western advertising director, with
responsibility for all sales efforts in L.A. and San Francisco. Duque came to
PEOPLE in 2002 from
Fortune Small Business.
