Digitas Thursday reported fee revenues of $71 million for the fourth quarter of 2004, a quarter that included its acquisition of Modem Media. Those results compare with fee income of $53.4 million for
the fourth quarter of 2003, but Digitas did not break out the amount attributable to the Modem Media acquisition. For full year 2004, Digitas reported fee revenues of $251.6 million, compared with
$209.5 million for 2003. Digitas said it is projecting fee revenues of between $320 million and $340 million for 2005, which would represent a growth rate of between 27 percent and 35 percent over
2004.
